admin Joined: 11/02/06 Posts: 94	Greatly improved picking lineups for absetee owner Posted Saturday, February 17, 2007 at 12:07 AM The sim is now much smarter about how it picks pitchers off of the free agent list to fill pitcher slots in the lineup when an owner has apparently quit playing. Previously the sim would pick any type of pitcher with good stats. This was causing blowouts because pitchers were incurring huge overuse penalties. The sim now runs a pretty complex algorithm to determine which pitchers are actually starters and which pitchers of those are the best starters. It is not foolproof but is lightyears ahead of the previous algorithm.
